Chad Estus, Principal
Chad has been owner and operator for Dependable Recovery for over 10 years. Prior to starting his own repossession company, Chad worked for many years as a repossession agent to acquire enough work hours to qualify for the repossession license. After many trials and tribulations, Chad acquired his repossession license.

Janelle Galeos, General Manager
Janelle has been managing and directing Dependable Recovery since 2015. Prior to working with Dependable Recovery, she worked in the security and investigation industry for four years - making her an extremely valuable member of the team. She is extremely detail oriented and has an extremely professional demeanor with debtors, vendors and of course clients.

Shereena Conway, Customer Service Lead
Shereena has over 10 years of Customer Service experience and prior to starting with Dependable Recovery, she worked as a CSR for a local auto finance company for over 2 years where she learned the ins and outs of the collections and recovery industry. Shereena is extremely effective with helping debtors, vendors, and clients. She understands the difficult circumstances that arise within the repossession industry and her calm demeanor allows for smooth transactions.
Our Repossession Agents
Our Agents have a combined experience of over 50 years of repossessing vehicles: Cars, Planes, Four Wheelers, Motor Homes, etc. You name it, we have recovered it.
These guys are professionals and they are certainly not "tow truck drivers". They each have their own equipment and ability to skip trace information in real time. Each driver also wears a mandatory Body Cam and each truck has front and rear facing cameras.
