Your Lender and Our Fees
Any fees you may have incurred with your lender for the vehicle's financing are completely separate from any fees charged by Dependable Recovery.
Lender fees and recovery fees are handled independently. Please contact both parties separately for specific information about your obligations.
Fees for Your Personal Property
Nevada law allows for a fee to store personal property found inside a repossessed vehicle. This fee is in place because we insure all property once the vehicle has been recovered.
Important Notes:

- Perishable Items: Any food, liquids, or other perishable items will be disposed of.
- Attached Items: Any items that are bolted or hard-wired to the vehicle cannot be removed without first contacting your lender.
Fees for Redeeming Your Vehicle
Under Nevada law, it is standard practice to charge a fee to redeem your vehicle. This fee covers the cost of securing and insuring the vehicle while it is in our possession.
